I have practical experience and knowledge from supply chain management in sales and order processes, warehouse and inventory operations, and project management. I’m familiar with holding workshops, seminars, educations and presentations. I’m aware of the specific requirements from manufacturing as from construction industry. I believe that one needs to involve people in the change processes in order to gain sustainable results. I have experienced it both when organizing management teams to implementing creative solutions at different workplaces. Real change demands real time. Lean is a great change model.
